这边所谓的爱自己，并非那一种自私因为害怕得不到自己利益而忽略照顾别人的需要的那种，也不是指那种自大的只看见自己而忽略别人的那种，
这里的爱自己，是指你愿意真心接纳自己，不带分别心去批判自己，去critic自己，只是尝试去了解和接纳那个当下的你~
