最近因为感觉多方面不同的压力，昨天感觉累到了极限。我感觉自己不停向后向下倒去。
昨天突然有种感觉，旧的我终究会倒下去。全新的开始，会逐渐到来。

那旧有的，或许是被过去负面的经验所condition的负面思想模式，负面情绪，负面经验对于现在带来的影响。。。一切一切的旧有却是负面的，现在终将去面对，然后释放这些所有旧有的。然后迎接全新的开始。

旧有不健康的思考模式，生活方式，已不再适合现在的我。我快累坏了，快崩溃了。那就倒下吧。然后，重新整理这个自己。重新开始。健康，美好的开始。
不再被过去的负面经验与情绪所限制，放下了那一切，开始一个新的生活，新的感觉。
我被过去束缚与限制得太久了，是时候解脱了。。。然后，真正的活着。心是感觉活着的。
