open heart

我特别喜欢inner child card和Triple Goddess Tarot这两副牌~（当然我也很爱天使疗愈牌~^^）因为感觉和这几副牌佷相应。。。对这几副牌所给予的讯息比较有灵性上的相应~今天因为一些心理上的困惑，近来所学习的人生课题其中一项是和家人的关系，边上网抽了抽triple goddess tarot,抽到了open heart这张牌。下面是这张牌的一些讯息，我一边听着《哈尔移动城堡》的主题曲（我之前在这里Post过~）好让我的情绪平稳一些，然后心很平静的，读着这些讯息。读后，我会心一笑。是的。这就是我这一路走来都在面对，也在努力学着的人生课题之一---self love.
特别喜欢这张牌中的这一段讯息：

是的，当我越是往外寻找“爱”和肯定，那我注定失望。如果你上过php学过satir model的personal ice-berg，如果你对家庭治疗有些了解，你会知道，在virginia satir所说的universal yearning当中，孩子都会很渴望父母的肯定和爱。但是，因为父母只能以他们所学过的方式，他们所懂的方式去爱你，去对待你（他们小时候怎么被他们的父母所对待，从他们的成长环境中所学到的相处模式和价值观），即使他们对待孩子的方式或许对小孩的心理而言有些时候是伤害，但他们并不晓得。是的，当我往外去寻找这一份爱和肯定，那我这一个期待注定是失望的。因为这一份失望要教会我，学会不向外索讨爱，而是学习自己给予自己足够的爱，然后有能力去给予别人这一份爱。这不容易。但，这就是人生的功课。这就是学习。

很喜欢这一句话，“当有天你心的力量大过你原生家庭对你的影响时，那就是你用自己的力量把爱和疗愈带回去影响原生家庭的时候。”

如果你曾参与过与原生家庭有关的疗愈或成长工作坊，或者你对virginia satir的家庭治疗有些了解，或是你明白原生家庭对现在的你的影响，你会懂得我在说些什么的。。不过不懂也没关系。。因为每个人，都会在各自该明白一些事情的时候，明白一些事。每个人，都有属于自己各自的因缘。但，我们大家之间，却也同时有着一条看不见的线，互相影响着大家。
