做自己的天使。做别人的天使
刚用心聆听一个朋友的焦虑。。她之后告诉我说刚在她身边有个天使了。。我知道，她在说我。。我没发觉到，原来这样的聆听，也能让一个人感觉到被支持。。
后来想了想，其实，我也一样的，最近也曾这样被一个人支持着。。虽然方式和我支持这朋友的方式不同，但我从中却得到了支持和祝福。。或许这朋友不知道自己是我的天使，但，这朋友却不知觉间给了我光和祝福。。
所以，我在不经意间接收到了这一个天使的祝福和支持，便把这一份祝福和支持，传下去。。将我所接收到的这一份祝福和支持，给予另一个需要这一份关心和祝福的人。。
这是一种很棒很美的过程。。
就像电影pay it forward一样。。把这一份善心一直传下去。。传给需要的人。。
让善良、祝福和支持的能量，流传出去。。给需要的人。。
祝福自己，也祝福每一个生命。。^^
