今天听到一首歌时,有些感触哭了,当时我只知道有些被压抑的感觉开始流露出来,但我还不清楚那是什么感觉,更不清楚为何会哭。
后来,再一次,听见了另一首歌后,又再哭。
不过,在那哭的过程中,我尝试去允许自己感受自己的感受,我开始听见了自己的心。开始慢慢的明白了为何自己会哭,开始明白了原来是心中的其中一个unfinished business被压抑的情绪而导致的。
起初我有些奇怪的,因为在这件事件中我的失落感已经被处理过了,失落感已经没有那么重了,但为何自己却又哭呢?再慢慢去体会自己的情绪,才渐渐懂得,让我哭的,主要不是因为失落感,而是因为在那件事情中,我原来一直在责怪当时的自己,所以一直到现在在潜意识中仍没放下这件事。我尝试去理解当时为何自己会作出这样的选择,尝试理解当时的因缘,尝试去理解整件事件的发生,尝试去原谅自己。
如果有天,当我更懂得该怎么处理这个自己的时候,那天就是我放下这件事,放下责怪自己的时候。
当有情绪来的时候,选择面对这样的一个情绪,选择毫无任何批判的去接纳这样的自己,毫无任何批评地去接纳这样的情绪,让自己体验自己的情绪,倾听自己情绪想告诉自己的讯息,然后处理这情绪,然后,放下。
任何一件事,都是学习。
